I managed to call the 4th time (both for diagnostics and to write down)
I tried to make an appointment for maintenance, when I asked what was included in "everything" and he said he didn't have time, full service, if I want, I can bring it and leave the car to tell him what needs to be done, he doesn't have time, you can imagine how long the cleaning will take when the parts are not ordered in advance.
