The car was left for body repair at the service at Naugarduko st. 90, when I came to pick up the car, a scratch was found on the rear bumper. All employees denied that the bumper was scratched during the repair, but there was no scratch at IRGI after leaving the car. The service staff said that it is illogical to "scratch the car after driving for 10 m", but when the car keys were returned, the battery was discharged, although it is also not logical to discharge the battery after driving for 10 m. During the repair, discs and pads were changed as needed, after leaving the service there was no warning that the brakes could "almost not work" until the parts wear out. When braking on the road, there was almost no accident due to this - I think the service should inform about the fact that the parts must first "rub" before they start to function fully. He also informed that it is necessary to perform wheel alignment. When I wanted to have the wheels aligned at another service, it could not be done because a new repair list was received. After taking the car to another service for repair, the mechanic refuses to carry out the repair because he claims that in the previous service he had to fix immediately visible defects in the body, that no mechanic can overlook such things. We also received a comment that the previous service carried out "easy work that did not require a lot of effort". Now, in order to repair the car, the price of the work itself automatically increases because it is much more difficult to repair the remaining defects and there are many more risks. I do not recommend the service.
