Horrible service and customer experience. Registered online for a regular checkup. When came to the service, I was not expected, I had to provide all the same details I provided online again. The guy failed to put them down properly, made a mistake both in my email and phone. Then they decided themselves to fix extra issues without informing me (tried to call, but of course to a wrong number), costing me more than expected at the beginning.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this car service center recently. I took the car there to get the issue indicated on the dashboard checked and to have the brakes repaired. They replaced the brake pads and discs and removed the error code (Not fixed. They had just removed the error code from the computer). However, the issue wasn't actually fixed and I had to return the car back a second time and I was charged for diagnostics AGAIN, which cost me nearly €50! But this is not about the money. Totally not. What a service would allow that for customers? Unacceptable. I was totally disappointed. They do not care about customers at all. They did not answer the phone during working hours, and do not expect them to call you back. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the service and attitude about the client and even asked to not issue the bill because it was not my fault that they erased the first error code from the computer and even didn’t notify me about that (therefore I had to bring the car back). They didn't care at all and they did not want to hear it. It's very clear that they have no intention of taking responsibility for their mistakes. I have no intention of ever returning to this service center again and I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone else. I was thinking of buying a new car, but I will be looking for a service center that values their customers and provides better service., not like škoda... This experience with this service center has been an eye-opener, and I won't be subjecting myself to such a pathetic level of service again.

Very unpleasant expierence while dealing with this center over 3 years when I owned Skoda. The used car bought from them with a warranty was not all that bad, but with some serious hidden defects / after big accident, about which I was not informed. And their service and personel is just terible. Would not consider buying another car from them just because of this.

Don't ask the staff for anything, cause they don't know. Nothing works in the test vehicle. I will never buy a Skoda and I'll never come back to this place.

The best service ever! Friendly, helpful, fast. Coffee while waiting, wifi, table to put your laptop on and work...
