Hello, I also had a terrible experience with this company, when we took the car, they said that the problem would be fixed quickly and with quality, I took the car to them with Tralu and it started. The electrician went to the car for a whole week, then the next week outside, I didn't have any details, and when I called I was cursed for calling, I decided to go to them every two days to see what was being done and talk, but all that time the car just stood outside until finally after two In a week he told me that he didn't know what to do, I can take the car, guests are coming, they are going on vacation, do what you want, nothing was put together, everything was disassembled and I gave it up, plus I couldn't get out of the box and the window was open (which I managed to close with the key), it was the middle of December and it was raining heavily, so the cabin got a lot of water. I took it to another repair service within 4 days. But unfortunately, due to the incompetence of those people, the correction of their mistake cost me 300e. In summary, a lot of money was lost and 5 weeks of time during which I had to rent another car. stay as far away from them as possible, I sincerely hoped that such places were no longer there and naively believed that you would not read any reviews, but if you are reading before taking it, don't make my mistake. Mylas, Autoara, Audi specialists, this is the same office, Audi specialists were called, I brought it to the Autoara service center and I received the car acceptance certificate from Mylas.

In this service, I had a turbine replacement as follows: Found a fault - turbine. He dictated the prices - Removal, installation, restoration of the turbine, deprogramming of the egr, removal of the catalyst - ~600€. I say, no, there is no need for restoration - I will bring my turbine from the shop right away. I bring it, then - we will not give a guarantee. I say - good. Final - after 3 weeks. (because "when removing the turbine, one person strained his back, and the other cannot finish the work he started") I paid the same €600. Because "we checked the turbine on the bench", blah blah blah, etc. Car service "Mylas", bye bye...

They are unconditionally charged the costs they request without prior notification of service and diagnosis costs. It's the worst I've experienced in many countries. No matter what happens, I will never go.

At first, when the car was brought, it was said that the car repair would start the next day, but it turned out that it was necessary to wait a long time before it was repaired. It was said from my side that the price, which was said, if it changes, that the service should notify, so the price increased by 2x when it was repaired, and they reported a 2x increase of the discussed price, only when the car had to be collected.

I had a problem with the ABS sensor a year ago and this year. Both times, after a week, the handling problem was not resolved, the amount of money changes from the one you agree on and pay in the final. After the fix, more trouble appeared. Another service fixed the car in a few days. I was disappointed.
