Ačiū vyrukams už puikų darbą, tikri profesionalai, dirba greitai ir labai malonūs. Buvo keistas automobilio sparnas po riebaus nubrozdinimo, papildomai pasiūlė perdažyti slenksčius, kurie buvo atsilupę. Rekomenduoju max!

The car suffered a good impact on the wing and door. I chose this service in order to repair the defects of the car, at first I expected that they would refuse to repair it, but the service immediately took up the work. The work took really little, about a couple of weeks. The result really surprised me. The service cleaned the body of the car in an orderly and professional manner, but did not leave all kinds of garbage or unpleasant smells. I recommend!

I was disappointed. Service is a tragedy. The person taking orders kept aggressively repeating "sir", "sir" to my simple questions about the repair. One gets the impression that this is a very traumatized person who reacts to any question as a reproach or aggression. It's understandable, but why do you need to pour grudges on an innocent customer? For this reason alone, there will be no second visit to this service from my side. But let's share here, so many problems. Secondly, the quality of services is questionable to say the least. First of all, they determined that the spark plugs needed to be replaced, and then after replacing them, the problem did not disappear, and only then, after a normal check, they determined that the problem was in the electronics... This raises a logical question - how do they first determine the fault? In addition, the replacement of three candles cost almost 400 euros... To be honest, I could have messed up here when they told me the price before the replacement. Here is my choice. Third, when I came to pick up the car in the morning, it turned out that after they worked on the car, the brakes were not working properly and I had to wait until the next day for them to fix them. In summary, I was very unsatisfied with the quality of service in many aspects and I have already handled the car's electronics at another service. I really wouldn't trust this... Also, if you can't repair certain cars or their parts, you don't specialize, then say we can't handle it, look elsewhere. One gets the impression that they take it upon themselves to repair cars without competence and then try to get out of the situation. P.s., this is just my personal experience. Not necessarily other people will be analogous 🙂
