I encountered it many years ago when it was a mobile phone with black and white screens.
They worked in insurance events.
There are also misunderstandings with them, and I have an agreement with the insurance that they will apply for the car when I bring it to me, that I will have it from my home country because it will take a long time.
I sent them to the insurance company, and if they didn't agree with me, they would claim that they would not undertake to repair it, and my journey was completely empty and unnecessary.

It was agreed over the phone that they would perform a wheel alignment for the car, as well as issue a wheel geometry certificate for examination. Car model, year and other details have been updated. Everything fit. When the tow truck brought the car to the place, he said that he will not do the towing because he does not have such a program. I don't have time to spend money on a tow truck. I asked that at least the lamps be adjusted. He did it for 15eur (without any discount for the initial misunderstanding, I didn't get any receipt either). Long story short, later that week the car didn't pass the tech because the headlights were too bright :)
I believe that this service can do something well. But my experience is negative.

Communication and quality of work is invaluable. They promise that they will fix everything quickly and well - after that they call and explain that they are not receiving something, they cannot find the details, etc.
In other words, don't fall for it. I will never come back.

Not a service but a tragedy!!! He took care of the car after the accident, he was unable to change the balki folded, plus he screwed everything on the wood screws and took the maximum from the insurance. Everything became clear after taking it to another service. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I feel cheated.
