When my BMW turbo failed, I went to this service to restore and replace the turbo. The service determined in advance a clear repair price, possible work deadlines, communicated the prices of the parts and, in general, provided advice on all matters of concern. Communication and customer service is very pleasant, the service is concerned about fulfilling the needs of customers. I recommend it.

Handled a car breakdown which was not able to be fixed in two visits. On the end, he offered a capital repair with an estimate of 1000 euros. After going to another service, the problem was solved for 80 euros, because that service didn't completely fix what is required in handling such a failure and even poured back the brake fluid that needs to be changed. So how many of the customers who came here pay for certain jobs, even though they don't need to be done? The level of service is below zero, you leave the car, no one is able to call you, you have to call yourself and ask what is going on. No checks are issued, no work performance certificate either. Payment in cash, although there is no cash register, it's good that at least you could pay by bank transfer for not fixing the problem. You still need to be able to do so.

I recently experienced an unpleasant incident at the ElegantService garage. I took my car in for a routine oil change and brake check, expecting a simple and efficient service. First, the customer service was pathetic. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude and they showed little interest in my problems. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour before anyone noticed me. When I finally spoke to someone, they seemed annoyed and dismissed my questions. The service itself was also very poor. The oil change took an inexcusably long time and when I got my car back I noticed greasy fingerprints all over the cabin. The brake inspection, which should have been thorough, was rushed and I was simply told everything was "fine" without any further explanation. To make matters worse, I experienced brake problems within a week of the service visit. When I went back to address it, I was met with resistance and accused me of causing the problem. They refused to take responsibility for their shoddy work and I had to take my car to another dealership to get the brakes properly fixed. Overall, my experience with ElegantService was very disappointing. The poor customer service, lack of professionalism and poor quality of work left me frustrated and at a financial loss. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful service.
