Hydromotor Hello, I want to share my experience with the Hidromotas car service. When the car was brought in for diagnosis, why the steering wheel was crooked and the error lights up. I received an answer within a few hours. Since the steering column is damaged and needs to be replaced, I offer two options: 1. buy a used steering column from the dump for €750 2. to buy and restore another steering column with work, the price would be 1150€. After considering it, I called back and gave the answer that I was choosing option number 2. When replacing the steering column, you find that you cannot fix the car completely, because you still can't figure out why you can't assemble the steering column together with the control unit of the steering column. I replied that they would try to call an electrician and explain why, before hanging up I asked if additional costs would be required and if the price would be different from the one we had set earlier, I received the answer that the price would not increase, the nuances could be minimal, a person who clearly understands that the minimum here could be 50-150 euros but no more. Finally, after a few days I get a call, I get the answer that my car is already repaired, all that remains is to get the geometry of the wheel done (summary) and I am informed that the price will be 1700 euros for everything. When I asked why the price was so high and why I wasn't informed, one could even say that I was deceived that the price could rise minimally, I got the answer that this car is problematic, defending myself with the fact that no one would fix the steering column for me so cheaply and that everything is within reason from their side. I talked and talked too much, we agreed and I already accepted the fact that the price went up so much without my knowledge, even though I didn't have that kind of money, I borrowed money and paid for it, receiving support from them that the car is in perfect order and can be operated without any problems, and a 2-year warranty is provided. When I picked up the car, I felt that the steering wheel was turning harder than usual (than when I brought the car in), I asked why this is so, I got the answer that a new steering column shaft must be worn and after ~1000 km the steering wheel should lighten up. After driving more than 1000 thousand kilometers, I come to the car service center and they say that the steering wheel has not lightened up and it still does not turn as before, they fixed one cable and said that the steering wheel now turns easily, after picking up the car, nothing has changed, but they say that after driving more it will lighten up, after driving for several months, the steering wheel only became harder, finally an error about the steering column turns on the dashboard, I will bring it to the car service center I took it under warranty, after finally checking what the problem was, I got the answer: that the steering column control unit (VKVB) is not compatible with the steering column and that to solve this, the VKVB needs to be changed For which I have to pay, because it is an electronic component for which they do not provide a warranty, I did not agree and said that I do not believe in those products, I took the car and said that I will fix everything because the error is on and I will bring it to you as a guarantee to fix the heavy steering wheel, they agreed. finally, after taking it to another car service and changing the VKVB, the steering wheel became lighter, it turned out that the VKVB was installed with the wrong part code (possibly a different model), after informing Autoservisa Hidromotos about the so-called fraud, they defended themselves by the fact that the steering wheel at my place used to turn as it should, but it never happened, I didn't want to accept my fault, I had to leave them and leave only a bad review about them.

Bought servo pump with correct OEM number. The pump fitted my car, but the reservoir did not fit. it is completly different connection to the reservoir. So i contacted Hidromotas, and only reply i got was that they wanted my VIN number. i replyed with my VIN number. And after that nothing, i have sent email several times but i do not get reply from them. So now i have to open a dispute with my bank so i can get back my money. i really regret buying from Hidromotas...

They fixed the power steering problem on my Opel Antara in one day, responsible people who know their job, highly recommended. Thank you very much !!!
