The disaster is complete. The car was brought in for diagnostics on Monday, it was not done until Friday. It is impossible to communicate, something is obviously happening. When you arrive on Friday, you have to check how things are going, because it is impossible to understand when speaking, the car is found somewhere left near the gas station, not even in the service area. It turns out that they didn't even drive in to take a look, but simply took it to the gas station and left it. It is not clear why or to whom, but it was certainly not one of the safest places to park a car for a week. It is necessary to overtake such places as far as possible. It's scary.
