Poor service even when you buy a new car! They give you R-line with all fancy packages for the test drive, but suggests you to buy vanilla Life. When asked the difference just mentioned the front seats and the engine. But in reality you are buying completely different car. And when you ask to add aditional packages, you are shouted at, saying that you do not need them. Poor salesman skills. I'd rather buy a car in different place than deal with the rude salesman here.

I had a wonderful experience at Moller Auto Vilnius! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. Their top-notch service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I was dissapointed by this VW organization. They stated that for 5 year old VW Tiguan gearbox controller electric part production will take from 2 weeks to 4 months. That already initially was big dissapoinment for not old and quite common car, but agreed to wait and they placed priority production order (at least I was assured so). After 3 weeks, they couldn't provide any feedback, no estimated dates, no schedules, no status of order, production, delivery, etc... So, I cancelled everything and took my car to local not authorized service.

I have bought a used car in Moller Auto (Vilnius) and want to thank the manager Žygimantas Jucevičius for his perfect assistance. He helped me to register a car in REGITRA without any problem and gave me all necessary information. Really professional job.
