DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE AND CHOOSE THIS SERVICE!!! I left my car to be generally checked and some filters changed. Cost was 165 euros, I was offered to have glow plugs changed as well. As I know this is a difficult procedure and they can break easily, so I warned the mechanic to be careful and prevent damage, which would result in extra cost. He said he knew what he was doing, but in the end he broke 2 glow plugs !! ,+150 extra cost, total 330 euros. It's not clear whether it was done on purpose or not. It's a pity that I tried to prevent it as best I could, offered him some known solutions, which was using special ngk oil that fills the corosive glow plug gaps and after 7 days you are able to take them off safely, to which he responded negatively and repeated he knows what he's doing. Apparently, he doesn't, because the results were: 1) the car started making black smoke (I hoped for it to clear away, but after a month of use still does, before it didn't at all), not sure if after breaking those 2 glow plugs he cleaned well those gaps, so there would not be any remaining fallen metalic pieces in the cyllinder, which can result in black smoke,2) after such an expensive glow plugs procedure I expected engine to work perfectly, but it fires up even worse, which raises the question if they needed to be changed at all, 3) car started making strange sound close to the belt on the right side of front tire 4) for changing the oil I gave him 5L of expensive synthetic Mobil oil that I bought myself. As my cars capacity of oil is 3.8L, but I was given back only about 200 ml remaining oil, I suspect it was used somewhere else. And worse working engine is unusual when the oil has just been changed, which raises suspicion that oil I gave was substituted with something cheaper or mixed. Conlusion: I wouldn't recommend it, cause after the visit car works worse, the price of service was being suspiciously raised. I feel like I was treated in an arrogant manner and taked advantage of also because I am a foreigner. Compared to prices in other services, definitely not worth it.
