Pleasant communication, explains everything in detail. After chipping in Startline, I was very surprised. A completely different ride. I recommend it, the work was done perfectly! 👍

I asked to add power and remove the DPF, they suggested deprogramming the EGR, I said ok do what you need.
After driving for a while, the power started to drop and the smoke increased. When I went to the starting line, there were no offers.
I had to leave the car at the service center, which serves all the time. There are no bugs, but there is no traction either. Started with injectors, checked, not critical, but already on the limit. Well, we changed it to new ones, there is no effect.... then we had to rewrite it to the standard program, because when "chipuota" does not show all the errors. After reading the errors, it was necessary to remove the intake manifold. The result can be seen in the photo, just the soot, in reality ~80% washed off. And everything in the car runs great, but it cost a LOT of money, thanks STARTLINE.
When I called them and told them the answer killed me, EGR we don't "disrupt" a lot of work there. He could have said that I would have taken him to another service center the next day for "muffling".
Second part of the story DPF. I believe that the software side is good, but why cut it yourself if you can't do it... I got a white sheet through TA because the welding seams are visible. When ordering the service, they said there would be no problems with TA. He cut as conveniently and quickly as possible, he got right in the controller's eyes.
When I call them, I say I buy another DPF, you just replace it at your own expense, they did not agree, they say the warranty is 3 months. Again the costs are huge, thanks STARTLINE.
They advertise on TV that they are a very serious company, but they act like regular garages.
The worst thing is when you do not take responsibility!!!
