I brought my Mercedes for service with a problem of oil leakage from the engine. The manager, Valerik, answered and announced the price for repairs: 150 euros + parts up to 150 euros. At the end I issued an invoice for 540 euros. They installed new parts, their own, because of this they said that they give a guarantee, they checked everything, washed it - everything is fine. I drove 1 km and the same problem. I came back and they said that the problem was different. At first I refused to pay for the work a second time, but since they have a very good director, it was possible to solve this problem through a discount. So this Valerik began to bully, threaten, switched to “you”, saying that if this was his service, I would not have left him so easily. He was kicked out of the Mercedes center, so he decided to establish his own rules here. With such managers you don’t even need enemies)

Visited this repair shop approximately 5 times, 2 of them were something to satisfaction. 2 times they didn't call that service is done, had to call them myself to make sure my car was repaired. Last time I visited (and last time I will visit) is when they wanted 170eur for 85-110eur product and told me that their work will be 70eur which when I agreed, they changed to 115eur. Poor service, problems are repeated. No recommendation to those people who want to save time AND money.

I booked a visit to the car service 2 weeks ago using the nevazioja.lt platform. Before the visit, I received several reminders: "Master is waiting for you, everything is ready" and so on. On the day of the visit, 2 hours before, I received another reminder with a note that the service may be blacklisted if I do not show up. When I arrived on time, I was met with surprised faces of the staff - "The master is not waiting for you, nothing is ready." After asking several times if they would accept me after all, the staff went to consult the manager, but the answer was no, because the service station already had two cars in the queue. No one cares about the problems of the customer who reserved the time in advance - no solution is offered on the spot. When I called nevazioja.lt, I received pleasant service and a professional attitude - thanks to them for that. I received a message that the service manager Vitolds said that he could have accepted me without a queue, but it was already too late - nothing of the sort was offered during the visit. A customer who has reserved an appointment should be served according to the schedule, not "without a queue". Unfortunately, the service seems stuck in the 90s. This attitude towards the customer is unacceptable, so I definitely do not recommend this service.

I came with small work, to change 2 tires on car and i had almost to convince guys to do work. Very poor and old thinking on how to work with clients. Also price were higher than in other place. Same work in other service 10 euros, there 14e. Update: had additional stress once car broke because of undone work. work was not complete, and I had to return and pay additional 10 euros for the work which wasn’t done in first day. Very not recommended.
