The work is done unprofessionally. Wheel balancing is done without removing the old weights. About two years ago, the plastic threshold of the car was squeezed with a jack and deformed. The employee still argued that it was not his fault, although when he started to lift the car with a jack, he suddenly lowered it and repositioned the jack. Another worker agreed that this could have happened and smoothed out the deformed sill with a construction blow dryer.
