They represent Toyota's quality, and they do that well. Customer service specialists work professionally, discuss all options, pricing alternatives, car repair timelines. If it's just a small service task like oil change, that gets done fast. While that happens, you can choose to wait in two waiting spaces. The one on the ground floor has coffee machine, and the coffee tastes nice :) and the upstairs space has shared co-working space for those with laptops. Tokvila isn't the least expensive, but well, I like the overall quality I get from there.

Very controversial feelings.
Had regular annual service plus requested replacing plate number frames. Communication was perfect - many thanks to a service master - I got clear explanation of what will be done, costs, etc. In addition to regular service, I was also advised that there is some required software update, which was also done the same day and without additional payments. Service was done in less than 2 hours.
What is disappointing is that after the service, I noted several visible scratches and chips on all 4 rims near mounting nuts. It is something one can live with, but is not the level of quality you expect when the service is done by an official dealer.
Another thing - after changing number frames, both plates have new notable scratches. Frames are new and from a dealer...not a big deal overall, but again, not something one would expect after such a simple work done by the official service.

Tokvila lack a little time scheduling, should be better with their customer time promise. (My personal experience)
Overall good service.
As a extra benefit, separate room for waiting, equiped with tables for remote working, wi-fi, sofas, coffee machines, water and even some fruits.

Be careful while doing any type of business with this company cuz they mentioned triple prices as compared to outside market and giving you wrong part information so you can't search from outside too which I have the proof with me as this happened with me.
I connect with Japan for the part and they said this part never exists for this model. Wow 😢 ðŸ˜

Mega friendly staff, the test drive was great, all the terms and conditions explained in great detail.
Though I am not a toyota owner the place left me with an impression that the staff truly knew what they were doing. Everything is adjusted for the safe operations in the light of the pandemic.
